Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead strategic planning and system development for its warehousing operations. The role focuses on aligning warehouse processes with corporate strategy and driving continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define warehousing strategic objectives and operational regulations in line with corporate goals.
• Design, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure standardized, efficient processes.
• Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse activities, single‑piece distribution, and reverse logistics.
• Manage end‑to‑end inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze operational metrics and refine workflows to improve storage efficiency and order processing.
• Lead team development, talent cultivation, and structural optimization while mitigating employment risks.
• Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers to enhance service quality.
