About the role
We are seeking a dynamic VIP Account Manager to lead our French‑focused client portfolio. You will work within The Playstack ecosystem, delivering premium gaming experiences to high‑value customers across Europe and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the player database daily, taking actions to maximise its value.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for VIP segments.
- Engage with players to gather insights and relay information to product and marketing teams.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, offering personalised service across all product lines.
- Act as the Key Account Champion, prioritising contacts and coordinating with internal departments and third‑party partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Responsible Gaming department to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Proven sales track record in a B2C environment (e.g., Account Manager, Sales Agent).
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Dutch, French and English.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for long‑term relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau.
