Veeva Platform Engineer – Cyber Security

About the role

We are expanding our Veeva Platform team for a leading pharma client. The Veeva Platform Engineer will focus on security, identity & access management, and platform monitoring across the entire Veeva Vault landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily team touchpoints to align on progress and priorities.
• Handle change requests (CRQs), including security‑related configurations and platform improvements.
• Write and maintain technical and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate closely with IT security, compliance, project managers and business stakeholders in an international environment.
• Attend weekly extended team meetings and monthly SME community sessions across domains.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault, preferably in regulated (GxP) environments.
• Valid Veeva Vault Platform Administration certification (current year).
• Proven ability to run change requests end‑to‑end (configuration, testing, documentation).
• Strong technical and compliance documentation skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while integrated in a team.
