UX Designer – Hybrid, Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for our applications and websites. Working in a hybrid model from the Brussels area, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver accessible and effective user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
• Analyse user needs and translate them into user‑centered design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI mockups using a mobile‑first approach.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Validate designs through user testing and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and UX best practices.
• Maintain and contribute to the company Design System.
• Communicate design decisions effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, with active knowledge of English.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
• Strong research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design capabilities.
