Product Designer – AI-native Partner Management Platform

About the role

Introw is the leading AI‑native partner management platform and is looking for its first dedicated Product Designer. You will own the look, feel and overall experience of a product that lives inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, email and AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX/UI narrative for a multi‑surface B2B SaaS product.
• Own end‑to‑end design from research and flow mapping to interaction and visual delivery.
• Translate a complex, ambitious platform into simple, adoptable experiences for partner managers and external partners.
• Design clear human‑AI collaboration patterns, including authority, escalation and control.
• Build and evolve the company design system and raise the craft bar across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customers, including joining real partner calls.
• Set design standards and help recruit future designers.

Required profile

• Passionate about product and design craft; treats great design as the core purpose.
• Has shipped real B2B or SaaS products end‑to‑end, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
• Opinionated about product direction, not just visual details.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity, making decisions and moving forward independently.
• Systems thinker who still cares about the final polish.
• Customer‑led, using user feedback and evidence to guide decisions.
