Product Designer – UI/UX for SaaS Platform

About the role

AppTweak is seeking a passionate Product Designer to own end‑to‑end user flows within a cross‑functional squad. You will help ship an AI‑enhanced app‑marketing platform while shaping the design craft itself.

• Identify and fix “paper‑cut” issues in the existing product, turning user feedback into shipped improvements.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with documented, reusable components.
• Challenge scope and requests that don’t serve the user, explaining design decisions to the squad.
• Participate in a transparent career framework with mentorship from senior designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of UI/UX product design experience in SaaS, with a portfolio of shipped digital products.
• Fluent English (working language).
• Genuine interest in AI‑assisted design and willingness to work with AI prototyping tools.
• Curiosity about code and readiness to make changes directly in the codebase.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in challenging opinions when they don’t serve the user.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain the “why” behind design decisions.

Required skills

• Figma
• Cursor (AI prototyping tool)
