UX Designer – Create Intuitive Digital Experiences

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Based in Brussels, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to translate user needs into high‑quality interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, focus groups and usability testing.
• Analyse findings and turn them into effective UX solutions.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes with a mobile‑first approach.
• Work together with analysts and developers to ensure user requirements are met.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system.
• Guarantee that all designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and project teams throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio (mandatory).
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Axure, Conceptboard and Mentimeter.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in user research, prototyping and interaction design.
