Used Car Consultant & Coach

About the role

MSX International supports automotive brands worldwide by improving repair performance, customer satisfaction and aftersales operations in more than 80 countries. It is looking for an experienced Used Car Consultant & Coach to join its automotive consulting team. This is a field-based role supporting dealerships in improving their used vehicle operations, commercial performance and overall business results, acting as both coach and consultant alongside dealer management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support dealerships to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of used vehicle programs.
• Analyse business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support initiatives focused on profitability, sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail, consulting, dealer network development or used vehicle operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and performance management.
• Experience coaching, influencing and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Fluent Dutch and fluent French, with professional proficiency in English.
