Tricentis Tosca Architect – 12‑Month Contract (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a Tricentis Tosca Architect to lead the design, implementation and governance of an enterprise‑wide test automation framework for a complex SAP landscape in Brussels. The role is a 12‑month contract and will be performed on a hybrid basis, with an initial on‑site presence of at least two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the overall Tosca architecture and automation strategy.
• Design, build and continuously improve the test automation framework for SAP applications.
• Set up Tosca environments from scratch and ensure proper configuration of TDM, DEX and distributed execution.
• Integrate Tosca with ALM tools such as JIRA and qTest and embed automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or Jenkins).
• Establish automation standards, best practices and governance processes.
• Mentor and support QA and testing teams in adopting the framework.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven track record delivering SAP test‑automation projects.
• Valid Tricentis Certified Tosca Architect certification.
• Strong knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM), Data Extraction (DEX) and distributed execution.
• Experience linking Tosca with JIRA and/or qTest.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Willingness to work hybrid in Brussels, with at least two on‑site days per week during the initial phase.
