Data Analyst – Business Consulting

About the role

As a Data Analyst at Cream Consulting, you will work closely with business teams across banking, insurance, telecom, energy and transport sectors. Your mission is to turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into analytical questions.
• Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets.
• Identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and other analytical outputs.
• Assist business users in interpreting data findings.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of analytics tools.
• Collaborate with business, IT and data teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.

Required skills

• SQL
• Power BI, Qlik, Tableau (or similar BI tools)
• Python or SAS
