About the role

We are looking for a motivated Transport Planner to join our family‑owned logistics company. You will coordinate international shipments of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, ensuring smooth communication between customers and carriers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

Maintain daily contact with pharma and cosmetics customers.
Coordinate with Russian and Polish transport partners.
Plan, schedule and monitor transports to and from European capitals.
Track shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience as a transport planner or dispatcher is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork orientation and good communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
