Transport Planner – International Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Transport Planner to join our family‑owned logistics company. You will coordinate international shipments of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, ensuring smooth communication between customers and carriers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with pharma and cosmetics customers.
• Coordinate with Russian and Polish transport partners.
• Plan, schedule and monitor transports to and from European capitals.
• Track shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience as a transport planner or dispatcher is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork orientation and good communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
