Transport Planner – International Logistics

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Transport Planner to join our family‑owned logistics company. You will coordinate international shipments of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, ensuring smooth communication between customers and carriers across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily contact with pharma and cosmetics customers.
- Coordinate with Russian and Polish transport partners.
- Plan, schedule and monitor transports to and from European capitals.
- Track shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience as a transport planner or dispatcher is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork orientation and good communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
