About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and diligent Analyst to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Brussels. The role involves planning, executing and delivering projects for top‑ranking private equity and corporate clients, with full exposure to all transaction stages.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for private equity and corporate clients.
  • Conduct analyses within diverse teams, participating in all stages of the transaction.
  • Ensure timely execution of assignments to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with team members for day‑to‑day training and technical knowledge acquisition.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or business economics.
  • Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking, etc.) is a plus.
  • Financial analytical skills are considered an asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
  • Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
