About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and diligent Analyst to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels. You will advise clients on optimizing finance functions, processes and systems across a variety of assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Performance management, dashboarding and reporting
- Strategic planning and budgeting
- Transformation and digitisation of the finance function
- Cash flow and working capital improvement
- Post‑merger integration
- Business cases and investor readiness
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
- Relevant experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting with solid financial, accounting or operational skills
- Eager team player with appetite for knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical and social skills, curious mindset
- Comfortable communicating with C‑level executives in English, French and/or Dutch
