Business Controller – Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

About the role

Join a fast‑moving media & entertainment company in Brussels as a Business Controller. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and multiple operational teams, providing financial analysis, reporting and business partnering to influence key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial and management reporting across departments.
• Analyse results, identify trends and deliver insights for management decisions.
• Act as finance business partner for Sales, Marketing and other operational teams, challenging information when needed.
• Participate in budget, forecast and financial planning processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses to meet business and group requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools and procedures.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, reporting or audit.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other language, and professional English.
• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
