Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Representative for Diagnostics at Hologic, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our diagnostic equipment. You will provide professional, empathetic assistance via phone and email, quickly resolving technical and application issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, ask targeted questions, and apply structured troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer support for both technical and application problems.
• Log, track, and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems, and phone platforms.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts in a cross‑functional environment.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and clear communication with the customer.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning, and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong independent work ethic, attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and phone platforms.
