Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide first‑line assistance for our diagnostic equipment. You will handle inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot technical and application issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from users of diagnostic equipment, asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
• Apply structured, logical troubleshooting to resolve technical and application issues.
• Log, track and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems and phone platforms.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to maintain compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, help‑desk or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer‑focused.
