Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics at Hologic, you will be the first point of contact for users of our diagnostic equipment. You will provide professional, empathetic assistance via phone and email, helping customers resolve technical and application issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, ask targeted questions, and apply structured troubleshooting.
• Log, track, and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems, and phone platforms.
• Deliver excellent customer support for both technical and application issues.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts in a cross‑functional environment.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and clear communication with the customer.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning, and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong independent work ethic, attention to detail, and a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer‑focused.
