About the role
Join the Technical Support team of a fast‑growing Belgian IT company and become the last line of defence for customers using Odoo. You will troubleshoot complex issues, communicate solutions via email and continuously improve internal tools.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and resolve highly complex technical problems.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal team.
- Provide quick, accurate feedback to customers through email.
- Develop and enhance internal support tools.
- Maintain and evolve existing solutions as the product evolves.
Required profile
- Expertise in at least one programming language.
- Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, data modelling and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Diplomatic communication skills and fluency in English.
