Technical Project Manager – Life Sciences (Digital Experience)

About the role

As a Senior Tech Lead / Project Manager within Capgemini Engineering's Digital Experience and Product Services team, you will drive the delivery of custom‑built digital solutions for life‑science clients. You will lead agile squads, manage project backlogs, and ensure compliance with GxP and pharmaceutical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more agile squads, delivering projects on time, within budget and regulatory constraints.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs in Azure DevOps, maintaining clear project plans and status updates.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks early, implementing corrective actions to protect timelines and budgets.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation and communicate progress effectively.
• Promote Agile best practices and a pragmatic scrum‑based approach across multiple workstreams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Proven experience in GxP‑regulated, pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
