Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT projects in the public sector, covering both infrastructure and software development. You will be responsible for translating business needs into concrete project plans and delivering them on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and define project scope, budget and resource plans.
• Oversee execution, monitor timelines, costs, quality and produce regular reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, manage issues and handle crisis situations.
• Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Lead, motivate and support teams through change management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7‑10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or software development.
• Proficiency with PRINCE2, Agile and ITIL methodologies (MSP is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and proficient in English.
