Technical Account Manager – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

SOTI is seeking a French‑speaking Technical Account Manager to work remotely from Morocco. You will act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SOTI’s mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts (up to ~5,000 licensed devices).
• On‑board new customers, configure SOTI MobiControl and an additional SOTI One Platform product, and establish support processes.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews, present product roadmaps, and provide ad‑hoc technical consultancy.
• Participate in TAM/Support sync meetings, manage escalations, and oversee root‑cause analyses for priority‑1 incidents.
• Create and maintain detailed business profiles, including network diagrams and configuration documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an enterprise mobility consultant or technical engineer.
• Strong background in networking and customer‑facing account management.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
