Senior Frontend Developer (React & React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React and React Native to join a dynamic team in Belgium. You will work on both web and mobile platforms, delivering high‑quality user interfaces while continuously improving performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design practical implementation approaches.
• Develop new UI components and enhance existing applications using modern React and TypeScript patterns.
• Build and maintain responsive, high‑quality web pages and front‑office features.
• Participate in cross‑platform mobile development with React Native, creating reusable SDKs.
• Refactor and optimise legacy code for better maintainability and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in production environments.
• Work with state‑management libraries such as Redux, MobX or Zustand.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs into frontend and mobile solutions.
• Implement automated tests using Jest and Cypress.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or JavaScript developer.
• Strong foundation in pure JavaScript and extensive experience building modern frontend applications.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.
