About the role
Burberry is seeking a Team Manager to lead its boutique on Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels. You will be the visible leader on the shop floor, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while driving commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse KPIs and market trends to inform decisions.
- Lead, motivate and develop a client‑focused team.
- Deliver an elevated client experience that builds brand loyalty.
- Utilise CRM tools to strengthen client engagement.
- Maintain operational excellence and brand standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury retail with a track record of sales performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with sales KPIs.
- Ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling and product storytelling.
- Organised, solution‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
