Team Leader Production

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage our Cleanroom production area at the Lummen site of SABCA Limburg. The team produces high‑tech composite parts for aircraft and spacecraft, including components for the F‑35 and space launchers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators in the Cleanroom, overseeing cutting, 3‑D composite part manufacturing, assembly, packaging and quality inspections.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach staff on technical and soft skills, and motivate the team to meet production targets.
• Ensure planning is executed efficiently, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and set clear team objectives.
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards, monitor output progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Apply EN‑9100 quality and ISO‑14001 environmental standards in daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing day‑to‑day team activities.
• Interest in engineering processes and experience in line or team management.
