Talent Acquisition Specialist – Brussels

About the role

MCA Belgium is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its dynamic consulting team in Brussels. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting business managers in hiring top talent for engineering and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse recruitment needs in collaboration with business managers.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional social networks, and innovative channels.
• Assess candidates, conduct interviews, and guide them through the hiring process up to contract signing.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and participate in university forums and job fairs.

Required profile

• Degree from a business school or a bachelor’s/master’s in human resources.
• Dynamic, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• First experience in recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
