Talent Acquisition Partner with HRBP exposure

About the role

Immoweb is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with HR Business Partner exposure to drive hiring for its commercial and marketing functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering high‑quality hires quickly while supporting broader people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for commercial and marketing roles, from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent pipeline building.
• Run weekly hiring governance meetings and align hiring priorities with business impact.
• Provide data‑driven insights on talent supply, demand, and compensation trends.
• Support people processes such as onboarding, performance management, development, and retention.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and protect the employer brand.
• Lead evidence‑based interview debriefs and challenge hiring decisions when necessary.

Required profile

• Solid experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition with a proven track record in commercial and marketing hiring.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership from search strategy to candidate acceptance.
• Interest or experience in HR Business Partner topics.
