System Administrator – Planisware Platform

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator with deep expertise in the Planisware platform to join our IT team. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining the platform while ensuring high‑quality delivery and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce functional and technical specifications.
• Gather and formalize functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Configure and develop new functionalities within the Planisware platform.
• Manage platform administration, maintenance, and SaaS operations.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and report on testing activities to ensure deliverable quality.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Provide user support, incident resolution, and training for key users.
• Participate in project governance meetings and steering committees.
• Coordinate and lead application‑related workstreams, collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Planisware configuration and development.
• Planisware certification (mandatory).
• Strong functional and technical analysis skills.
• Experience managing SaaS applications and data extraction/transformation (ODATA or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering user training.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Public‑sector experience is a plus.
