Supply Planner

About the role

Paulig is looking for a motivated Supply Planner to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for short‑term packaging and raw‑material planning, coordinating purchase orders, and maintaining procurement schedules to meet inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain procurement schedules based on production plans, master plans, and pull signals (MRP and reorder point planning).
• Place purchase orders and manage stock transfers between Paulig sites to keep warehouse stock levels on target.
• Schedule and oversee material and product deliveries to the right place at the right time.
• Proactively handle inventory issues, schedule changes, and order cancellations.
• Analyze demand patterns to anticipate supply needs and maximize truck loading efficiency.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, production, and logistics teams.
• Regularly review and update planning parameters and master data for optimal system‑supported planning.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a desire to make an impact.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Open mindset; experience in supply planning is welcomed but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with planning systems, especially MRP.
