Supply Chain Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to join a major transformation initiative. The role can be performed on a freelance basis or as a permanent employee and will start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including planning, forecasting, operations, supply and demand planning, and S&OP.
• Facilitate workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive consensus.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Engage with a broad audience of business and technical owners to support change management.
• Collaborate across multiple topics within a complex transformation environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Exposure to OMP projects or similar supply chain planning tools.
• Strong understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle (planning, forecasting, operations, supply planning, demand planning, S&OP).
• Consulting background is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and work across several transformation topics.
