Supply Chain Specialist – Hybrid (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support the execution of our end‑to‑end supply chain processes across procurement and logistics. Working closely with our Procurement and Logistics Coordinators, you will ensure smooth movement of goods and keep our digital systems up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Execute stock transfers between EU hub, Amazon EU/UK, US hub and FBA US, ensuring timely processing and accurate system updates.
• Create and monitor Amazon and 3PL inbound shipping plans, resolve receiving discrepancies and track shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and track container movements.
• Communicate with suppliers on purchase order confirmations, cargo readiness and schedule changes, updating the ERP instantly.
• Process supplier payment requests, verify invoices against purchase orders and support timely payments.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal tools and workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, preferably in a digital or 3PL‑managed environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome.
• Detail‑oriented, digitally fluent and comfortable working with Office 365, ERP systems and spreadsheets.
