Supply Chain Process Improvement Coordinator

About the role

As a Supply Chain Process Improvement Coordinator you will support the R&D team of an international medical‑device company. You act as the main link between R&D, supply chain, logistics and project teams to guarantee material availability, on‑time deliveries and smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material requests and maintain accurate data in SAP and other ERP tools.
• Organise and track shipments of parts and equipment to global project sites, preparing export and shipping documentation.
• Monitor deliveries, flag delays or incidents and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers with planning, tracking, reporting and governance activities.
• Maintain project portfolio information, including schedules, risks, budgets, resources and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, contribute to gate reviews and audits, and provide administrative assistance to the management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Transport or a related field.
• Experience working in a regulated, quality‑driven environment, preferably within medical devices or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.

Required skills

• SAP (material management and logistics modules).
• General ERP system proficiency.
• Project management and PMO methodology knowledge.
• International logistics coordination, including export documentation.
