Logistics Internship – Support S4/EWM Migration

About the role

Support the upcoming S4/dEWM migration, monitor inventory levels and material flow, and assist logistics planning and optimisation projects while collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the migration to SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels and material flow.
• Support logistics planning and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, suppliers and carriers.
• Develop and implement logistics KPIs and dashboards.
• Support digitalisation and process‑improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal use.
• Participate in team meetings and provide data‑driven insights.
• Recreate best‑practice warehouse processes before and after go‑live.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/EWM is a plus.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €1,116.80.
