Supply Chain Manager – Pharmaceutical Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our pharmaceutical business in Belgium. The role spans Consumer Healthcare, Generics and Specialty Care, acting as the central link between operations, commercial and regulatory functions to ensure product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in close collaboration with business units.
• Translate demand signals into robust supply plans, balancing service levels with working capital targets.
• Identify supply chain risks and opportunities, proposing proactive mitigation actions.
• Manage relationships with internal suppliers and contract manufacturers, ensuring quality, continuity and competitive costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inbound logistics and artwork change/approval processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple internal functions.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
