Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Belgium)

About the role

Join Amaris Consulting as a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist based in Belgium. You will support the smooth operation of our international activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost‑effective procurement, and efficient import‑export logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, purchase, and control inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, and resolve issues.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to anticipate disruptions and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies that boost operational efficiency while preserving quality standards.
• Manage logistics for both imports and exports, coordinating with customs and freight providers.
• Work closely with the sales team to forecast demand and avoid stock shortages or surpluses.
• Communicate supply‑chain updates clearly to all relevant internal departments.

Required profile

• Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or logistics role.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
