Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator for KONE Doors Business, you will manage the end‑to‑end supply chain process, from purchase requisition to field delivery. You will work closely with procurement, field operations and external suppliers to ensure a fast, transparent, and cost‑effective flow of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, manage and monitor suppliers and service providers in line with KDB procurement steering.
• Handle purchase order creation, delivery monitoring and take escalation or recovery actions when needed.
• Develop and optimise processes from requisition to goods receipt in the field.
• Coach and train field staff on new procedures and tools.
• Ensure logistics processes are followed to support service technicians efficiently.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, resolve issues and drive cost‑effective procurement.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, inventory management or purchasing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek support when required.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to other European countries.
• Fluent in French (native level) and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification (a plus).
