Join Five Guys in Brussels as a Student Crew Member and become part of a fast‑paced, high‑energy restaurant team. This flexible, part‑time position is designed for students who want to earn while they learn the fundamentals of food service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and customizing their burgers.
• Cook and assemble fresh burgers and fries according to Five Guys standards.
• Take orders, greet guests, and maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Deliver friendly, smile‑driven service and uphold quality standards.
• Participate in secret shopper and bonus programs.

Required profile

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Student status with flexible availability several days a week.
• Energetic, team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and/or English (additional languages a plus).
