About the role
Orange Belgium is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives. You will work closely with senior leaders, representing HR in management meetings and guiding decisions on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design optimal organization structures, ensuring simplicity, flexibility and efficiency.
- Forecast workforce needs and develop talent acquisition, development, retention and succession plans.
- Monitor workforce metrics, propose tactical actions to manage attrition and retention.
- Build and present HR dashboards and reports, using data analytics to inform decisions.
- Anticipate and manage union relations, ensuring social peace and preparing union meetings.
- Collaborate with the People & Workplace team and other HR specialists to address business‑specific needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive data‑based HR decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
