Senior Consultant – Employee Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team. You will manage a portfolio of healthcare and group risk clients, ensuring they receive strategic advice and high‑quality service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of healthcare and/or group risk clients, providing strategic consulting and renewal guidance.
• Conduct benchmark studies, remarketing, and harmonisation projects to optimise client benefit packages.
• Negotiate with local insurers on coverage conditions and pricing on behalf of clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local insurers, and client headquarters.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the broader Marsh MMB proposition.
• Prepare accurate renewal reports, market reviews, and recommendations.
• Update and maintain client records in core systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee benefits consulting, preferably within healthcare or risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear advice.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and self‑driven.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.
