About the role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to work with top Belgian brands and help them grow on Amazon’s Marketplace across Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor, develop long‑term relationships, and drive ambitious growth targets for third‑party sellers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with leading Belgian brands, supporting their integration and growth on Amazon.
- Achieve business and financial objectives, expanding Amazon’s third‑party business across the EU.
- Identify and roll out scalable solutions that improve the Marketplace experience for all sellers.
- Share best practices and insights with global teams in Europe, the US, and Asia.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover root causes of seller performance and implement growth‑accelerating actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketplace to pinpoint category‑specific growth opportunities.
- Lead projects that enhance both customer and seller experiences, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field (post‑graduate education preferred).
- Experience in management consulting, product management, or sales management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Highly organised, results‑oriented, and comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
