Account Manager – Belgium

About the role

As part of Accenture's AFD.TECH unit, the Account Manager will drive business development and manage the full sales cycle for clients in Belgium. The role involves expanding the customer portfolio, overseeing financial performance, and supporting consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, outreach and appointment setting; identify, qualify and convert leads.
• Develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and monitor P&L performance.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, coordinate stakeholders and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Support consultants with coaching, training and quality monitoring.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent from a business school, engineering school or university.
• Initial relevant experience in business development, account management or consulting sales.
• Strong analytical ability, structured approach and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French at intermediate level.

Required skills

• Ability to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Good understanding of financial drivers of a portfolio.

What we offer

• Maximum gross salary of €42,000 per year.
