Stock Assistant – Retail Outlet

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented Stock Assistant to join our Liu Jo outlet in Maasmechelen Village. Working full‑time (38 hours per week), you will support the store’s inventory operations and ensure smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that received products match transport documentation and are intact.
• Organise warehouse space efficiently, maintaining safety, order and productivity.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Control and process outgoing goods.
• Execute all inventory‑related procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of goods storage, warehousing and handling procedures.
• Reliability, precision and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with sales colleagues.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

What we offer
