Station Manager – Charging Stations

About the role

Fastned is expanding its network of fast‑charging stations across the Netherlands and Belgium. The Station Manager will ensure safe, clean, and compliant operation of more than 230 stations, acting as the right hand of the Senior Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce contractual, regulatory and internal operational compliance for all stations.
• Maintain station performance, cleanliness, aesthetics and seasonal readiness, and act on any issues affecting the customer experience.
• Collect, analyse and report data on subcontractor activities, incidents and performance metrics to internal teams, landlords and authorities.
• Serve as the primary internal liaison for maintenance teams and other departments, providing feedback on operational constraints.
• Establish and manage contracts with local third‑party service providers, tracking their performance and ensuring service quality.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with senior management.
