Logistics Coordinator – End-to-End Supply Chain

About the role

Brolutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end physical supply chain, ensuring sustainable products move smoothly from factories in China to shelves across Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada. You will be the central point of contact for freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses and Amazon FBA/AWD operations, working independently from day one.

Key responsibilities

• International Freight & Forwarding – manage the full shipment flow from China to destination warehouses, handling bookings, documentation, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Amazon FBA & AWD Inbound Management – coordinate inbound shipments, ensure compliance with Amazon labeling and packaging requirements, schedule appointments and monitor auto‑replenishment.
• 3PL Warehouse Operations – act as the single liaison for EU and e‑commerce 3PLs, overseeing inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, intra‑warehouse transfers and new‑product onboarding.
• Inventory & System Accuracy – keep ERP, Amazon Seller Central and internal tracking spreadsheets up to date, resolve discrepancies within 48 hours and manage product version transitions.
• Cost Tracking & Risk Management – track logistics costs per shipment and per unit, validate invoices and flag risks before stock‑outs occur.

Required profile

• Proactive and able to work independently from day one.
• Strong coordination skills with freight forwarders, 3PL partners and Amazon teams across multiple regions.
• High attention to detail to identify and mitigate potential supply‑chain risks.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central for FBA/AWD operations.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for shipment tracking and cost analysis.
