Spa Receptionist & Retail Associate

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist & Retail Associate to join the Bamford Wellness Spa at Daylesford Farm. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a 5‑star experience while embodying the Bamford philosophy of conscious living.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of all retail products, treatments and classes, and actively promote sales.
• Manage client bookings through our online system and coordinate with therapists to maximise appointment occupancy.
• Uphold standards across spa, retail, and food & beverage areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Complete treatment questionnaires and support the Spa Management Team with ad‑hoc duties.
• Assist with event set‑up, host guests, and contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with our B Corp goals.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury retail or a spa environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Brand champion who believes in Bamford’s values.
• Attention to detail for stock and inventory management.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle bookings and sales targets.
• Professional handling of guest feedback and complaints.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with positive energy.

• Salary of £27,268 per annum plus commission.
