Software Engineer – Precision (x/f/m)

About the role

Alan is building a preventive‑health platform called Alan Precision. As a Software Engineer you will join the fast‑moving “Precision crew”, a lean 0‑to‑1 team that designs and delivers the AI‑driven health product used by more than one million members across Europe. You will work as a full‑stack generalist on a product that combines biology, wearables, medical history and lifestyle data to generate personalized health protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end features of the Alan Precision platform, from data ingestion to user‑facing interfaces.
• Implement AI‑supported decision flows that transform multi‑source health data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, physicians and product managers to ensure clinical relevance and technical robustness.
• Write automated tests, monitor performance and continuously improve system reliability.
• Participate in rapid prototyping, iteration and deployment cycles in a startup‑like environment.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced team.
• Passion for health‑tech and interest in preventive medicine.
• Experience delivering production‑grade software in a cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development (frontend and backend).
• Integration of AI/ML components into production systems.
• Building and managing data pipelines from heterogeneous sources.
