Infra Dev Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Infra Dev Specialist to join our hybrid team operating in Sweden and Belgium. The role starts in June on a six‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain automated, reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Linux scripting.
• Monitor and improve system observability with Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana.
• Support containerized workloads on Docker, RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Apply ITIL‑based incident, change and configuration management processes.
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of API concepts and containerised application architectures.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git and version control.
• Knowledge of Java and Spring framework fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with life‑cycle and risk management documentation.
• Interest in enhancing monitoring and alerting automation.
