Software Engineer – Odoo Customization

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our technical team in Louvain‑la‑Neuve. You will focus on customizing the Odoo ERP platform to meet specific client requirements, ranging from small UI tweaks to larger functional extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requests and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules using Python and JavaScript.
• Maintain and support existing custom solutions across various industries.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Provide technical support and training to partner networks.

Required profile

• Strong programming background in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM concepts.
• Familiarity with Odoo’s framework, workflows, and reporting engine.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
