Software Engineer – Multiple Roles in Belgian SaaS Scale‑ups

About the role

We are partnering with three fast‑growing Belgian SaaS scale‑ups to hire software engineers for positions in Brussels, Ghent and Vilvoorde. The opportunities span forward‑deployed AI engineering, full‑stack product development and mobile app delivery using React Native. All roles offer real ownership of features and the chance to work on intelligent agents, computer‑vision systems and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven agents or product features, from customer scoping to production deployment.
• Design, develop and maintain backend services (Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB) and frontend interfaces (React, React Native).
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and APIs into enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, design and operations, to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous‑integration pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (junior to senior levels accepted).
• Passion for agentic AI and hands‑on experience with LLMs or AI‑native products.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
