Social Media Scaler – Organic Growth Lead

About the role

This high‑ownership position is focused on scaling organic social performance across multiple platforms and markets. Based in Belgium, you will drive reach, engagement, and follower growth for 10‑15 social media pages.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance and growth of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages, improving organic reach and follower numbers.
• Build, lead, and manage a small creative team, handling hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop localized monthly content calendars for markets such as the GCC, UAE, and the Philippines.
• Create and test high‑performing content concepts, hooks, and formats to maximize virality.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design A/B testing frameworks for content, captions, posting times, and creative angles.
• Oversee end‑to‑end content production, ensuring quality and speed.
• Identify UGC, influencer collaborations, and community‑driven content opportunities.
• Track weekly performance metrics and translate insights into strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media and senior leadership to align organic and paid efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling at least one social media page from early stage to significant size.
• Hands‑on understanding of organic growth mechanics on major platforms.
• Experience managing or leading small creative/social media teams.
• Strong instinct for content hooks, virality triggers, and audience attention.
